Your stones have been on an incredible journey through the ages. Once in the form of mountains, they've been naturally rumbled out into the ocean beneath the glaciers of New Zealand, and tumbled in by the relentless waves, as smooth stones. Kissed by the gold that was abundant in that area, your granite may have golden swirls and rainbows. Many have white quartz swirls and circles, designs of mother earth. The quartz can be pure white or with remnants of the sea, in the form of characteristic grey lines. The Indonesian green stones are a beautiful component of your stone set. Unique to just one island in the archipelago their unique healing energy is enhanced by their beautiful green colour of the heart chakra they calm, cleanse and gently facilitate healing.

Most stones contain magnetic character which reorganizes the structure of the human energy body and polarizes imbalances within the physical body. Stones, like crystals belong to the Earth, they are swirling microcosms of energy, of life, containing female and male energies. The subtle texture of the granite stimulates and releases muscle tissue, which feels fantastic in the back spinning sequence and deep tissue work where needed.( part of sacred stone sequence) The weight and density allows you to treat areas effectively with heat and compression, having an immediate soothing and grounding effect.

The white quartz are perfect for cold stones for the face and neck work but also make beautiful placement stones, particularly (warm) belly stones. The feminine aspects of the white quartz bring a nurturing, balancing and harmonizing energy to your treatments. They are dense with a lustrous smooth surface, gliding effortlessly over the body contours.

The Indonesian green stones are beautiful and versatile they are lightly textured and perfect for placement and massage strokes. They are found in a variety of shapes and sizes, lending themselves to several aspects
of the massage. The Asian green stone is gorgeous warm or cool for face and neck work, and makes a lovely third eye stone. The black toe stones are silky smooth, and have a profound calming effect on the entire body.

It is crucial that your stones are hygienic and energetically cleansed and charged for optimum results for you and your clients. Alcohol, eucalyptus, or an environmentally sound cleaner that is (skin) safe may be used with hot water and a brush or cleaning pad. It is strongly recommended that you lay your stones on the earth, or under the sun and
moon to be cleansed and recharged by the elements in patterns and stupas for a couple of days a week to keep them at their highest healing potential.
