What is Sacred Stone therapy?

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is India's traditional system of medicine, which literally means “the science of long life.” Modalities include nutritional and lifestyle changes, Ayurvedic massage, herbs, yoga, meditation, mantra, mindfulness, sound, colour, crystals and aromatherapy.
This ancient system of healing empowers us with information regarding the balance of body, mind and spirit.
