Sacred Stone Therapy Level I - The Foundation Stones
Introduction to stone therapy
This unique 4 day intensive workshop by an internationally accredited Stone Therapist/ instructor introduces Sacred Stone Therapy. Over thousands of years, many indigenous cultures have utilised stones as a part of their healing treatments some of whom include the aborigines, Native American Indians and ancient healers of India.
The workshop will teach practical techniques in the utilisation of stones as healing tools to promote harmony and rejuvenation of the body, mind and soul. Students will be given lectures and notes on basic practical knowledge of the ancient science of Ayurveda with focus on its relation to Sacred Stone therapy. Students will learn the unique 75 minute Sacred stone massage sequence and techniques which also include chakra balancing techniques, crystal therapy, marma point activation and powerful mudras to repolarise the body’s energy systems.
Participants will also learn about various types of stones, sacred geology, the stones textures, shapes and energetic properties as well as how to charge and cleanse them.
Duration: 4 day intensive training
Learning outcomes: By the conclusion of the course students should be able to:
